General service, customer service and product support: Agritex uses your personal information for the purpose of providing you with Agritex products and services and for general administration of customer relations. This includes the management of your file, communications relating to tracking, product safety and any other correspondence relating to the products.

Communications: Agritex uses your data to provide you with information that may be of interest to you such as our newsletters, announcements, promotions and when you make a request for general information via our website.

Employment Opportunities: Agritex uses your information if provided for the purpose of obtaining employment with Agritex for the purpose of considering your application for possible employment with Agritex.

Transactional Data: We collect transactional information about your purchases, your requests and your customer account to complete your orders or for our business purposes including maintenance and warranty services.

Financial Data: We may collect financial information from you in order to complete your orders for products or services, such as credit card information and billing address. We can also assist you in your financing requests with certain third parties or engage in financing directly with you.

Equipment data: We may collect data from your equipment if we have your consent in order to advise you on its maintenance and use. Equipment Data includes information that is generated, collected or stored on your equipment or any hardware and devices that interact with your equipment and which may be provided directly by such equipment, hardware or device or indirectly when provided by you or by a third party.

Equipment Data may be collected directly by us, by you, by your Equipment or it may be transmitted to us by a third party if you have authorized or permitted such transmission or access to that third party (such as through the John Deere JDLink™ telemetry system). By granting us access to Equipment Data from a third party, you grant us royalty-free, non-exclusive access with a perpetual license to the customer data in accordance with this policy. You agree that you will clearly and explicitly notify all personnel that equipment data is being monitored and sent off the equipment on an ongoing basis, including personal and location data. You also agree to obtain all necessary consents and approvals from your personnel as required by law to collect and provide such data to us.

Technical information: This includes IP address, persistent identifier, statistical use, method of transmission and access and origin and preference information which is collected by cookies, pixel tags or any other similar technologies collections. This may include any searches that brought you to our website, your connection speed or type, and information about your device or browser. Equipment history use: This includes fuel consumption, engine hours, diagnostic data, software and hardware version, geolocation data and other equipment data; And

Agronomic information: This includes seed rate and inputs, yield recorded, soil type and moisture level and similar crop or field related information.

Storage, confidentiality, and security of your data

Except as stated in this policy, we will retain all your data that identifies you (for example your name and address) and we will not share this information with third parties unless this disclosure is necessary for:

  • To comply with a law (or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a law).
  • Protect our rights and our property; sr
  • Implement this policy or any other policies or guidelines.

We may also transmit your data as described here, when required by a third party whose data transmission you have authorized or when requested or authorized by you.

We will not sell your information to any third party except in the case of the sale of a substantial part of our business or assets or the business or assets of one or more locations, divisions or as permitted under the data set. We may destroy or permanently erase part or all of the data. We use a reasonable range of commercial technologies to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure and use. Collection of your data by a third party website

Our website may contain links to other third-party websites, plug-ins, social networks or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites. If we allow third party advertisements on our website, we must add lines to warn that these advertisements may use cookies and what happens if we follow the links.

How we protect your personal information

We limit access to your personal information.

Only staff members who need to process your personal information to fulfill their duties can access it. These people only have access to the information necessary to carry out their tasks.

Our sites and children
