The Canadian Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (Supply Chains Act) came into force in 2024. It requires companies like Le Groupe Agritex Inc. to publish an annual report outlining the risks of forced labour and child labour in the company’s supply chain, as well as the remedies and preventative actions we have undertaken to mitigate and avoid such risks.

We know that transparency and accountability play key roles in promoting human rights, and we hope that reporting requirements like this will help Le Groupe Agritex Inc. and our industry towards greater responsibility.
